To sip, swirl, and shop our delightful wines, you must be at least 18 years old. By accessing this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and can provide identification to prove it. ID will be required when receiving your wine from the courier to ensure legal age.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods; however, we do not accept payment plans.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver our glorious wines across Australia, but please allow some time for shipping. Your bottles might take longer to deliver than expected! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification with tracking information, so you can monitor your precious goods.

5. Returns & Refunds

If your wine arrives feeling a bit more “oops” and less “ooh la la,” please let us know! See our Shipping Policy and our Damages Policy to ensure smooth rectifications. Returns for other reasons are a bit trickier, but please drop us a line and we’ll do our best to help.
