At Goodman Viticulture, we’re thrilled to be able to send our wines across this beautiful land we call Australia! Here are the key points of our shipping policy:
Shipping Coverage
We post Australia-Wide through our website. For international shipping please email admin@goodmanviticulture.com and we can arrange an alternative ordering method.
Orders & Processing
Orders made before 5PM (ACDT) will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of your order/payment confirmation.
Delivery & Posting Methods
Once your order has been processed, please allow 3-7 business days for Australia Post Standard shipping, depending on your location.
Tracking & Delays
Once your wine leaves our cellar, you can track every twist and turn until it reaches your doorstep. Noting: your tracking status may take 24 to 48 hours to update.
Goodman Viticulture are not liable for any delays or actions by Australia Post or courier services once your order has left our packaging facility.
Damages Policy
We take great care in packaging our wines, but the road can be a bumpy one! If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or refund. Please refer to our Damages Policy for what we require if your GV package arrives damaged.
